Shipping Policy

Orders will be shipped timely and efficiently to all our members. Please provide up to 2 weeks for package to be delivered due to postal service delays at this time. 9301 Home will ship your candles as soon as possible. USPS tracking number will be included with every receipt.

 Returns/Exchanges/Cancellations

Please read entire product description, candle care instructions, and terms & conditions before purchasing any products. Because 9301 Home is a small, growing business, we are not accepting returns, exchanges, and/or cancellations at this time. Refunds will only be provided for 9301 Home products that are shown to be defective and/or damaged within 30 days of delivery via email at 9301products@gmail.com. Payment for approved refunds will be made via payment method used at time of purchase.
